Gary Jeffreys
Gary has spent 20 years in the commercial arena, eventually becoming Area CEO for two of the world's largest Logistics and Shipping corporations.
Gary leads with a clear vision: to transform businesses through operational excellence, integration, and empowering people.
Over the past four years, he's overseen 300% growth, driven by a £500M+ investment in infrastructure, strategic partnerships and a relentless focus on customer and employee experience. Under Gary's leadership, he has been relentless in driving a customer-centric mindset, ultimately resulting in an the NPS score improvement of 30 points and elevated employee engagement from the bottom to the top quartile.
Currently a member of the President’s Council for Logistics UK, Gary is an advocate for DEI and building inclusive, high-performing cultures that deliver sustainable results.
Samantha Brocklehurst
Board-level commercial leader with nearly twenty years of experience in shipping
and supply chain logistics, Sam has a strong track record of driving commercial growth while leading teams through notable change and organisational transformation. She combines strategic vision with the adaptability required to thrive in complex, fastmoving environments, consistently delivering results in both customer satisfaction
and organisational performance.
Her career spans the successful delivery of multimillion-pound contracts, major
organisational change programmes and the cultural shifts that enable transformation to endure.
Passionate about customer experience, she brings the strategic leadership
and commercial acumen needed to reshape customer engagement, strengthen partnerships at all levels and deliver measurable bottom-line impact.
